Afterhours returns for We Face Forward – Friday 14 September

September 13, 2012

Afterhours at the Manchester Museum returns on Friday 14 September as part of We Face Forward.

Join us on our journey through Cameroon, Ghana, Nigeria and Sierra Leone and experience the rich and diverse culture of West Africa with a musical, art, food and cultural exploration of the West African countries.

The Manchester Museum and Black Health Agency (BHA) are pleased to be working in collaboration for this event.

BHA is a health and social care equality charity that exists to challenge health inequalities and support individuals, families and communities to improve their health and well being.

All donations from this event will go to BHA’s Arise project. Arise HIV Support Project provides advice, information, skills based training and support to individuals and families from Black and Minority Ethnic communities living with or affected by HIV and AIDS in Manchester.
