Common Ground Collective – talk at ‘ A Sustainable Future for Manchester – 30 April 2013

April 26, 2013

Common Ground Collective is a newly formed artist group, which emerged from a previous Allotment based residency, ‘Environmental Hubs’ in 2011. Taking up our first group residency in Rogue Project Space in October 2012, we continued to develop our shared interest in looking into more sustainable approaches to practice. The group hope to develop new ideas and methodologies of working as a collective. Our common interest – environment and collaboration. We are Elizabeth Wewiora, Tasha Whittle, Tracey Eastham, Simon Jones, Claire Tindale and Kai-Oi Jay Yung.

A selection of the members from Common Ground Collective will be taking part in Manchester Museum’s ‘A sustainable Future for Manchester’ event this April 30th to share the findings of our first residency together and our views on sustainability as creative practitioners.

We hope to see you there….

Common Ground Collective will be speaking at 7.45pm
