About Museum Meets

Welcome to Museums Meets – this is the new programme of events for adults at the Manchester Museum.

AFTER HOURS

Evening social events where you encounter the unexpected. Artists, scientists, film makers, writers and musicians animate our collections in special one-off performances.

Saturday 26 November

6.30 — 9.30pm

See the Museum in a new light, at the first of our regular after hours events. There will be a fusion of Victorian and contemporary photography, gramophone music, photography experts and Museum objects. Bring your camera and take still-life photos of Museum objects not normally on display, hook up to a rescued Victorian camera and buy a drink from our bar. The event is presented by The Manchester Museum in partnership with Ultimate Holding Company and Anatomy Projects. The Living Worlds gallery at The Manchester Museum
